本品系除油、除垢、平滑丶預膜四合一產品，通過濃度控制可實現先清除設備表皮沉積物，后在設備表面形成細密、均勻、抗污染的膜層，適用于低溫浸泡或噴淋處理，無廢水排放，屬環保型產品。根據需要本品分為酸型（Acid）和堿型（Base）清洗預膜劑。

工業設備的污染和化學清洗*為復雜。對于新設備主要進行除油、除銹、清洗和鈍化處理；而檢修后的設備則要進行酸洗，中和防銹和污泥剝離，對于煉油廠和石油化工廠的換熱器還須考慮溶劑清洗，以除去有機垢。
所用化學藥品如下。
(1)堿洗：氫氧化鈉、碳酸鈉、磷酸鈉等；
(2)酸洗：鹽酸、硫酸、硝酸、氫氟酸、磷酸、檸檬酸、羥基乙酸、乙二胺四乙酸等；
(3)中和除銹：亞硝酸鈉、苯甲酸鈉等；
(4)污泥剝離：剝離劑和季銨鹽等；
(5)溶劑清洗：四氯化碳、三氯乙烯等。
很多時候用常規方法無法徹底清洗，其中的原因大體有兩方面：清洗劑的有效性和清洗手段的科學性。建議自行清洗無法較好完成的情況下及時聯系我公司或團隊進行清洗，因為反復無效的清洗對設備本身將造成不可預料地損壞。
